Tendon Kohaku

Our name "Tendon Kohaku" is derived from the words "tendon", the well-loved Japanese combination dish of tempura and rice, while "kohaku" which means amber. Just like the colour of the precious stone, our ingredients are first dipped in a golden batter and then fried to amber perfection.
